What data we process

When you visit the website: Our server automatically records your IP address, the date and time, the page you opened and your browser type. This happens on every website and serves secure operation.

When you contact us: Through the contact form, WhatsApp or our digital assistant we store what you provide — usually your name, phone number and the content of your enquiry or booking.

We ask for nothing beyond that. There are no user accounts, no advertising profiles and no sharing for advertising purposes.

What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry, handle your booking or send you the information you asked for. The basis is your enquiry itself — without your details we cannot reply to you.

How long we keep it

Technical server data is deleted after 7 days. Enquiries and bookings are kept for up to 6 months after completion and then deleted — unless a legal retention period requires otherwise.

Who else is involved

To run the website and the assistant we work with technical service providers: a hosting provider for the website, and WhatsApp (Meta) and Google for messaging and maps. These providers also process data outside Georgia, including in the USA.

For our website and digital assistant we use the technical service provider SmartBiz.ge.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. A short message on WhatsApp or by e-mail is enough — we will get back to you within a few days.

Georgian data protection law has also established an independent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Service, personaldata.ge). Contacting us directly is usually quicker.

Cookies and statistics

We set no advertising cookies and build no user profiles.
